FAQs
Our Frequently Asked Questions section is designed to provide quick and clear answers to some of the most common queries from parents and carers. If you can’t find the answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly, we’re always happy to help.
What types of needs do you support?
Students at Earley Springs have a Primary Need of Communication and Interaction on their EHCP’s.
Most students will have a diagnosis of ASD and present with associating difficulties, but not where these needs present as complex and/or as challenging or defiant behaviour.
Is the curriculum adapted for different learning needs?
We believe that every child deserves a personalised and meaningful education that recognises their individuality and supports them to reach their full potential. Our curriculum is designed around three tailored pathways which are called Explorers, Discoverers and Investigators, each created to meet the diverse needs within our school community.
How will I receive updates about my child’s progress?
We maintain open communication with parents/carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and activities through various channels, including:
- Home/school diaries
- Weekly photo diaries
- Parent evenings
- Consultation meetings
- Annual Reviews
- Telephone and email communication
We also use Evisense, a secure communication hub, to track and share your child’s progress. This allows us to record achievements, monitor development, and build a clear picture of each student’s learning journey over time. If you have any questions or would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
