Alternative Provision
Earley Springs was founded in 2025, by our founder Harriet Carter. Harriet has a passion for education and specifically creating a provision that allows children to reach their full potential regardless of their starting point.
‘My passion for supporting children with special educational needs stems from a deep personal conviction. I believe that every child deserves access to high-quality education and the opportunity to succeed. I am driven to create a provision that goes beyond traditional schooling, offering a nurturing and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and achieve their dreams. I am committed to making a real difference to the lives of every young person that I am fortunate to meet.’

Staffing
We share a collective passion for education, particularly a holistic approach that nurtures the whole child. Our team of highly qualified professionals brings a wealth of experience and engages in ongoing professional development (CPD) to ensure our curriculum pathways are tailored to the unique needs and aspirations of every child in our care.
What can we offer?
We believe in a flexible and personalised approach to learning. We understand that every child is unique, and we strive to create a learning environment that caters to their individual needs. Our offerings include small group sessions and personalised 1:1 support, allowing us to adapt our teaching methods to best suit your child’s learning style and pace.
To who?
At Early Springs, we cater to children from Early Years Foundation Stage. Our provision encompasses a diverse range of formal and informal learning areas, both indoors and outdoors. Children have access to a stimulating environment that includes a dedicated forest school, engaging soft play areas, a sensory room for exploration and relaxation. This diverse range of spaces fosters a rich and engaging learning experience for all our pupils.
Partnership
At Early Springs, we are pleased to support pupils funded by a variety of sources, including local authorities, schools, and parents. We understand that educational needs can vary significantly, and we are happy to accommodate both short-term and long-term support requirements. Whether your child requires assistance for a specific academic challenge or ongoing support to reach their full potential, we are here to provide a personalised and effective learning experience.
